Sparton to Host Conference Call to Discuss 1Q FY2016 Results

Sparton Corp. will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM CT/11:00 AM ET to discuss its fiscal year 2016 first quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.

The company's results for the quarter ending September 30, 2015 will be filed with the SEC no later than November 9, 2015.

Investors and financial analysts are invited to ask questions after the presentation is made. The presentation will be available on Sparton's Web site: http://www.sparton.com in the "Investors" section for up to two years after the conference call.
