Naprotek LLC, a provider of electronic manufacturing services, has announced the appointment of Daniel Radler to the position of Director of Engineering.
Dan grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, during the time of the technological revolution. His childhood in the Silicon Valley surrounded him with transformative technology, with in-class robots like TOPO in elementary. Innovation was not a lifestyle choice, but a way of life. Studying electronics and semiconductor manufacturing at San Jose University was a natural progression. While studying during the day, he worked as a process engineer in the evening at Solectron, a large EMS company.
To further his knowledge and foundation in manufacturing, he completed his Six Sigma training at the Motorola University. Dan believes that sharing knowledge is key to growth as individuals and as a society. So, to share his passion for manufacturing, he volunteered to conduct tours of the semiconductor manufacturing process at the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose and was certified as IPC-610 & J-STD-001+Space trainer. His contributions to the electronic manufacturing industry include work with medical OEM, contract Manufacturing and start-ups. Projects on life support systems, manned space flight and with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) – Perseverance Rover, helped to fuel his commitment to Engineering and Quality excellence.
“I feel the success at Naprotek is the sum of small collaborative efforts, and I am pleased to add my knowledge and experience to a great engineering team,” commented Radler.
“Radler has a wealth of knowledge and experience that we are very proud to add to the Naprotek team,” added Najat El-Ayi Badriyeh, President of Naprotek.
Founded in 1995 by entrepreneur Najat El-Ayi Badriyeh, Naprotek has provided electronic manufacturing services to startups and OEMs in Silicon Valley and across the US.
