Elmatica has been accepted as a member of the Danish Defense and Security Industries Association (FAD).
"We are delighted to welcome Elmatica, the first broker of printed circuits as a member of FAD. Through their close and long-lasting cooperation with a number of other FAD members they have shown a substantial knowledge of the defense industry and its regulations," says Frank Bill, Director at FAD.
Elmatica will use its knowledge and experience to increase awareness of design rules and best practices, as there are always consequences when rules and regulations on a PCB-level are neglected. Elmatica's work will be valuable to help FAD partners make optimal choices regarding technology, thereby ensuring that all products are compliant with regulations for both import and export.
"We are honored to be approved as a member of FAD and look forward to continuing our focus on compliance and regulations on PCB level. Being compliant with ITAR, DFARS, OGEL, BAFA, and MIL specification and an approved weapon exporter from the Norwegian Government, we develop and possess a high level of knowledge and experience around rules and regulations in the defense sector," says Elmatica CEO Didrik Bech.
