Circuitronics Promotes Ken Mount to Quality Manager

Circuitronics has Ken Mount to quality manager. Mount’s background includes manufacturing engineer roles and credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with expertise in 5S, 5S+1, and DMAIC. He is also a Certified IPC Trainer.
Mount has more than 15 years of electro-mechanical engineering experience, including 10 years of success as a Manufacturing Engineer II and a track record of executing process engineering efforts to streamline processes, cut labor costs, eliminate waste and solve complex problems. He interfaces with senior-level customer representatives to report yields, and recommend corrective and preventive actions that save money and boost profits.
In a previous role, he served as the acting production manager for almost a year, overseeing four supervisors managing 350 employees on three 24-hour shifts, while simultaneously excelling in a manufacturing engineering position.
