KYZEN to Showcase ANALYST at SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum
September 26, 2017 | KyzenEstimated reading time: 1 minute
KYZEN will exhibit at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum, which is scheduled to take place October 18–19, 2017 at Hotel Riu Guadalajara in Mexico. Dr. Mike Bixenman, CTO of KYZEN, will present "Next Generation Electronic Assembly Cleaning Agents That Improve Cleaning Performance and Materials Compatibility." Also, during the two-day event, there will be live demonstrations of the award-winning KYZEN ANALYST, the first of its kind, real-time concentration monitoring and reporting system. KYZEN will be at Table 68.
Luis Gazcon, regional sales manager and process/application engineer for KYZEN in Mexico, states, "The SMTA Guadalajara Expo is the biggest and most important electronics industry event in Mexico. With the presence of both global suppliers and manufacturing companies, it has become 'the event' to attend, and the perfect place to launch the KYZEN ANALYST in Mexico. I'm excited to demonstrate the ANALYST's capabilities live at the event, because it's the most complete concentration monitoring tool, and it will revolutionize the way cleaning process data is managed."
Dr. Bixenman's presentation focuses on the miniaturization of modern electronics decreases conductor widths, which can create higher risk to insulation failure. As distances between conductors reduce, electronic hardware is more vulnerable to insulation failure, higher voltage gradients and easier to form a corrosion cell.
Dr. Bixenman’s research findings present cleaning technology innovations to address the challenges of cleaning highly dense electronic hardware. Material compatibility on mixed metals, cleaning performance and Surface Insulation Resistance of the residue under the bottom termination will also be covered.
The KYZEN ANALYST is a state-of-the-art wash bath concentration monitoring and reporting system that maximizes performance of virtually all chemistries, not just a few. Providing real-time access to data, analytics and reporting anytime, anywhere, the KYZEN ANALYST makes retrieving, logging and charting SPC reports fast and user-friendly. Additionally, it provides complete monitoring of wash bath concentrations.
The system features a user-Friendly 7” LCD Touchscreen Interface, Ethernet / WiFi connection, and is Industry 4.0 Enabled to easily collect and exchange data.
